GENERAL RULES
001. Hotel Del Luna is a closed, alternative universe, original character roleplay on mewe platform. Please, read all of the rules and provided information to get a better idea of the settings. For any questions, you can message the admin team through asianfanfic or tumblr account.
002. Please subscribe the asianfanfics thread and keep your subscription as long as you stay as a member of the community. Your asianfanfics account has to be at least a month old for you to apply.
003. You can reserve your faceclaim for 48 hours. Reservations expire at midnight GMT. We only accept both muns and faceclaims with age above 18 internationally, both Asian and Internationals that are active in the entertainment industry. We do not accept social media personalities and influencers, adult movie actors, those requested to not be roleplay or have criminal records. You can change the age of your muse +/- 3 years of the faceclaim's. If you're applying for a grim reaper, goblin or ghost, then appearance-wise you can alternate +/- 3 years.
004. Race-bending is not allowed, please use family names related to your faceclaim's ethnicity. You can change the nationality or have a non-ethnic name.
005. We allow muns to have a second character if they meet the following qualifications: Must be in the roleplay for three weeks, must have a biography posted for their first muse and must have three active/ongoing plots with different muses. Upon having a second character, we expect them to be active in both accounts. In the case of inactivity, the admin team has a right to approach the mun to ask them to remove one of their muses. Faceclaim of the second muse can't be from the same group of your first muse. Please do not harass this rule and do not apply with a second muse without admin approval, message the base account when you want to apply for a second character. You are allowed to change faceclaim or muse background a week after your acceptance for the first time. The second change is allowed two weeks after the first one.
006. We accept muses with any sexuality. Moving couples are not allowed, nor is any form of pregnancy. You can plot the arranged marriage, new lovers or any similar plots but please, do not let those plots to lead you to interact with only one person.
007. Mature themes are allowed as long as proper trigger warning is given above the post.

ROLEPLAY ETIQUETTE
001. Be clear on your thread's settings. While choosing a location for your thread, in order to avoid confusion, please be sure to check the information about locations in the related page of the website.
002. Pacing and reply times. We are well aware that every mun has their own pacing and reply time and would like to remind our community members to not rush each other. However, in order to keep the roleplay and your muse active, we expect muns to reply at least one thread within ten days and not solely focus on social media posts.
003. Asking for replies. If your thread participants are too slow for your liking, please consider that they may have real-life, other duties, or other threads to reply to, too. Your thread may be plot-centric to your character, but not so plot-centric to their character. If a thread is progressing too slowly for your liking, you can always approach the other participants and suggest to archive the thread or try again later on.
004. Glorification of trauma, disorders, -isms, etc. Due to roleplay's nature, triggering topics such as rape or murder might be often mentioned, please keep this in your mind while applying. If you want to roleplay a sensitive issue (e.g., a character who was raped, or a character who has a syndrome, a character who was bullied) treat these issues with respect. It is important to remember that these issues do not entirely shape that character and their perception. Your character with a syndrome is not just βa character with a syndromeβ and you should explore aspects of their personality, history, and interactions, too. Donβt let the disorder/disability/past define the character. In other words, please be kind to your fellow humans. There are very real people who actually live the experience youβre trying to write. They deserve your respect.
005. God modding & Metagaming. Your muse might have supernatural abilities but please do not forget that they are not almighty. They have their limits. Also, any knowledge not gained through interactions of muses or agreed by muns is not knowledge you know in character.
005. Out of character drama and bubble roleplaying. Out of Character drama will not be tolerated and will be dealt with by the admin team. In case of experiencing problems with another member of the community, approach the admin team via private message. In Character drama, on the other hand, is allowed as long as both sides acknowledge it. Bubble roleplaying is never allowed and if we catch onto any cliques being formed between muns then you will receive a warning. In case the action will continue, you may be asked to leave the roleplay.

CREATING YOUR MUSE
001. Please check the masterlist list to be sure your desired faceclaim is available, use the application form to apply the roleplay.
002. Check related pages while building your muse and do not hesitate to message admin team if you have a question.
003. Please keep your muse's age around your faceclaim's. You are allowed to add or subtract 3 years.
004. You have one month to provide a completed biography of your muse. However, we still ask you to give us at least a paragraph long summary or description of your muse within a week for others to easily approach you for plotting purposes. Failure to do so will lead to the removal from the roleplay. Psw is the last song you listened to.

ACCEPTANCE AND ACTIVITY
001. Upon being accepted, you will have 48 hours to add the base account. Please only use English characters (not any fonts or emojis) in your account name for us to be able to tag you easily and add βdel lunaβ anywhere in your profile.
002. If your muse uses social media, please post one in the related group upon your arrival. If not, you can make a plot call or post a self paragraph, a journal or anything similar.
003. Activity is based on in-character public interactions and threads, please try to reply at least one thread within ten days. If you fail to be active within two weeks after your arrival, you'll be removed from the roleplay. You can't ask for a hiatus in the week of your arrival, please join if you think you can be around a couple of days in a week and interact with others. The longest hiatus is up to ten days, whereas semi-hiatus is for fifteen days.
004. Do not add anyone before admin team announce your arrival or if you are a member already, do not add anyone before admin team announce their arrival. This is a closed roleplay, only add people within the community and make your friend list visible for admins to check if it is updated. The real psw is your favourite emoji.
